Canyon Crest Academy - October 23
Canyon Crest Academy DIY Guitar Pedal Workshop.
Sat, Oct 23, 10am – 5pm
Build a Custom Overdrive Pedal!
Registration for this workshop is now closed.
During this workshop, you will build your own AUSTINDRIVE guitar pedal using hand tools, soldering irons, and electrical tools. Following the AUSTINDRIVE Tutorial and videos (below), YOU will solder components to a printed circuit board, then audition and install the components that will define your own overdrive sound. If you don’t like it… change it! You are in charge of the sound. Drive and tone can range from blues to metal. It truly is “building” and “designing” a custom guitar pedal that you will be proud to use for years.

- There is limited time at the workshop, so it is required that you download and view the plans and videos beforehand, so you know what to expect and your build goes as smoothly as possible.
- A liability waiver signed by a parent/guardian is required for minors.
