Design and Build Your Own Overdrive/Distortion Guitar Pedal.
The City College Commercial Music Program is hosting a unique learning experience to build your own guitar pedal. $20 for active City College Students, $129 for the General Public.

You will solder the main circuit board, wire the input jacks, volume knobs, and power jack.
Then, with guidance from the plans and instructors, you’ll install, audition, and choose from a bunch of different components in your board to define your own sound:
